Realising that the road to growth means making changes, Ben Fry, Gallery Director of Wyecliffe Galleries, decided to enlist the help of CBIZ to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Wyecliffe have chosen Microsoft Dynamics to manage their stock, warehouse, customer information and finances.
The goal is to increase efficiencies across the whole business, including the ability to spend more time with customers (rather than laborious admin work), improving the accuracy of stock data, and making information readily available to everyone from wherever they are.
Ben had initially considered smaller, out-of-the-box software solutions. However after realising that they would eventually become limiting and a bottleneck for Wyecliffe’s growth, he decided on Microsoft Dynamics NAV:
