MTD for Navision 2009 Classic Client
In recent weeks the CBIZ team have seen an influx of enquiries about Making Tax Digital for unsupported versions of Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision), so we wanted to take the opportunity to make any users or partners with customers on unsupported versions aware of our add-on.
How CBIZ can Help
We’ve been working with HMRC over the last few years to get certification for our add-on, which works with supported versions of Dynamics NAV: NAV2015, 2016 and 2017.
Additionally, we have a solution for the soon-to-be unsupported versions of NAV 2013, but more importantly, we have solutions for any previous versions of Navision, whether they are on NAV 2009 Classic or RTC. We can also help if you have versions prior to Navision 2009, up to and including Navision Version 4.
Microsoft have indicated they will release a solution for all supported versions of Dynamics NAV (Navision) from Version 2015 onwards. Why Our Solution
We wanted to reassure anyone who is using an unsupported version of Navision/Dynamics that we can help, and to let the community know that there is a solution available for when Making Tax Digital comes into effect on 1 April 2019.
The add-on CBIZ offers is a cheaper alternative to upgrading to the latest version or, in some cases, cheaper than moving to the supported version ,which requires cumulative updates.

We believe the most important aspect of our solution is the fact that we are HMRC certified (click here to read more information from HMRC). This means our solution is unique and ready to go live.
